Bread Slices
Butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread slice in skillet over medium heat to brown. Turn over to brown other side. Break 1 egg into a measuring cup or saucer. Carefully slip the egg into the hole in the bread slice. Lower heat; cover skillet and clook until egg white is set. Sprinkle egg with salt. Remove from pan with large spatula.

Linda used to make these for her daughters when they were little. We even browned the cut out centers in the pan to eat with the rest of the egg!
