2 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained, and mashed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing Mix
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter bottom of casserole dish. Cover bottom of dish with about 1/4 of stuffing mix. Combine squash, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake 35 minutes.
