1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup butter (real)
1 tsp soda
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Grease 4 x 8 loaf pan. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add soda, flour, and nuts. Stir in bananas and sour cream. Bake at 350 for one hour.

Personal Notes:
I sometimes make half with nuts and half without for those who don't like them. I just wait to put the nuts in until the end. Pour half of the batter in the pan on one side and then put the nuts in the remaining batter and pour the rest in on the other half. I usually sprinkle nuts on that side so your able to tell the difference.
