10 - 12 small new potatoes
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Peel and quarter potatoes, cover with water and boil until tender. Add about a tsp salt. When done, drain well and return potatoes to pan. Melt butter in medium size saucepan over medium heat, add flour and salt. Heat until the flour is cooked and bubbling, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, continue stirring until thickened. Pour over cooked potatoes.
