1 egg
1 small onion chopped
2 tbls flour
dash of pepper
salt
3 meduim peeled potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Put onion and potatoes in food processor until smooth. Drain well. Add egg and flour and mix well. In large skillet heat i/2 inch of oil. Drop 1/3 cupful into hot oil and flatten each mound into a 4" circle. Brown and turn once. Drain on paper towel. Makes about 10. Serve with apple sauce.
