Salt & Lemon Pepper
Crisco, Mazola or peanut oil
Cracker crumbs
Catfish, whole or fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper fish. Dip both sides of fish in warm grease and roll in cracker crumbs. Cover cookie sheet or pan with tin foil and lightly spray. Place fish in pan, sprinkle with a little extra lemon pepper and bake 500º for 25 to 30 mins. or until nicely browned.
