2 T. cocoa / Angelfood cake mix
1 pt. whipping cream
3 T cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 T. cocoa to cake mix and bake according to directions.
Let cool.
Mix whipping cream, cocoa, and sugar with spoon.
Refrigerate overnight. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and whip till it forms stiff peaks. Drain cherries and cut with scissors into fourths. Pat dry with a paper towel. Fold in nuts and cherries.
Cut cake into three layers and frost with whipped cream
mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
