1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 container of Alouette garlic & herb cream cheese
Garlic (minced, chopped, powdered...however you like it)
grated parmesan cheese
1-2 lemons, Italian breadcrumbs
1 stick butter
salt & pepper
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pound out chicken breasts. Melt butter and season w/ garlic to taste. On a plate mix 1/2 parmesan cheese and 1/2 Italian breadcrumbs. Also add a little salt & pepper. Pour some garlic butter in bottom of a large baking dish Dip chicken breasts in garlic butter and coat with breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Add small spoonful of Alouette to center of chicken, roll up and secure with toothpick. Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle remaining butter on top. Squeeze 1-2 lemons over chicken (watch out for seeds). Bake for 1 hour basting a couple of times.
