3-4 baking potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 C. 2% or whole milk
salt/pepper to taste
1 jar bacon bits
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Bake potatoes 1 hour. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces or slightly mash and set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in milk a little at a time, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, 2/3 jar of bacon bits and most of the cheese. Heat through. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve topped with remaining bacon and cheese.
