1 lb. pork sausage
8 slices sandwich bread (cubed)
3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs (beaten)
2 1/2 C. milk
3/4 tsp. yellow mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C. vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in greased 9x13 cassarole dish. Brown & drain sausage. Top bread with cheese. Place sausage on top of cheese and bread. Mix eggs and milk and pour on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning mix mix soup and vermouth and spread on top. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
