3 eight oz. packs of peeled crawfish
3 jars of Bertolli Fettuccine sauce/ or any other white fettuccini sauce
1 medium onion
3 four oz.cans mushrooms (chopped)
1 bunch green onions
Assorted Spices - Garlic Salt, Italian Seasoning, Oregano, and * Whatever you have in the cabinet*
1 leveled tablespoon of Garlic (Chopped)
1 box of Fettuccini Noodles
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a pot or slow cooker, add 3 jars of fettuccine sauce. Add seasonings, chopped mushrooms,pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
(season as you would spaghetti sauce) place on med. heat.
In a wok or skillet, melt 2 sticks of butter, add 1 medium onion finely cut and 4 finely cut green onions,. Saute until soft. Add Crawfish and saute on medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes. ( you may need to add more butter, use your own judgement, you want about 1/2 to 1 full cup ofliquid when you finish sauteing.)
When sauteing is finished, add to fettuccine sauce
Simmer for 2 hours
Cook pasta to preffered taste.
Pour Crawfish Sauce over Fettuccine and enjoy!!!!!
