Mom's Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
S & P to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 t. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in small amount of crisco. Add onions and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add seasonings.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Sauce will be thick and chunky. Serve over cooked spaghetti pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.

I used to tease Mom that this was not like "real spaghetti sauce", but it was good. I made up a new name for it, but I can't remember it.. can anyone else remember it?
