1 pkg. 4 serving size instant vanilla pudding
1 C milk
1 C whipping cream
4 firm fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

Directions:
In a bowl, blend pudding and milk at low speed. Add cream and beat at medium speed until soft peaks form - about 2 minutes. Fold in peaches, reserving some for garnish. Pour into baked pie shell. Arrange reserved peaches attractively on top of pie. Regrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
