1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 c warm water
2 eggs
1/2 c warm milk
3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
add first three ingredents, when raised add next 2 ingredents and then flour and salt. Let dough raise.Cut into 2 inch pieces pat out each piece and place an apricot(or other small friut) in the middle and pinch dough together over the fruit. Let raise again. Then put into boiling water and let cook with lowered heat in a covered pan about 7-8 minutes. Remove with a slatted spoon. Serve with melted butter and cottage cheese if desired or cinamon sugar.
