2-15 oz. cans black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 T. sugar (or Splenda)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
