4 cups sliced apples
Sprinkle apples with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup water


3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sliced apples in buttered 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish
Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, & 1/4 cup
water over apples.

Put flour, sugar and butter (semi-soft) in bowl, &
start mixing with fork. Then rub together with hands.
Mixture will be "clumpy". Drop mixture over apples.
Bake 350 - 40 minutes.
Serve warm with cool whip or cream.
For Peach Crisp don't add water.
