8 oz bulk Italian sausage
4 oz (2 1/2 cups) wide noodles
1 beaten egg
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 6 oz package sliced or grated mozzarella cheese
1 15 1/2 oz jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain off fat. Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions; drain.
Combine egg, cottage cheese, parmesan, and meat. In a 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish, layer half each of the noodle's, meat mixture, mozzarella and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered in 375º oven for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired.
