2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 salad oil
6-61/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 C. of flour. Beat til smooth. Mix in rest of flour. Knead 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turn, cover and let rise 1 hour (or refrigerate 3-4 days). Punch down. Divide in half. form 2 loaves. Place in greased pans and let rise 1 hour. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 min.
