1 pkg. Wick Fowler's Chil Mix
1 chopped onion
2-3 lbs. ground meat
1 T sugar
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (1 hot & 1 mild)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cans water
1 can Ranch Style Beans if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and drain well, add onions and cook until tender. Put meat and onion mixture into crock pot and add everything else but the masa harina packet and Ranch Style beans. Stir well and cook on low about 8 hrs. Make a paste out of the masa flour and about 1/2 cup warm water. Stir paste into chili along with beans if desired. Cook about 30 min. longer.
