1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
2 cups pumpkin (16 oz can)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
whipped cream
nuts for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients. Mix well. Pour into shell and bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes more or when a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool before cutting. If desired, garnish with the whipped cream and chopped nuts. Refrigerate any left over.
