¼ cup diced celery

Boil chicken breasts (need 2 cups) then shred chicken into fine pieces

4 - 5 oz Franks Red Hot Sauce

8 oz cream cheese

½ c blue cheese dressing

4 oz grated cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery in butter, add chicken and hot sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cream cheese and blue cheese dressing and cook until cream cheese is melted. Put into baking dish, cook for 20 minutes at 350º. Stir in cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
