1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 3 oz box Blackberry Jello
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blackberry wine


GLAZE: 1 c. sifted powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. blackberry wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cake cool on wire rack.

Top with sugar glaze.

This recipe comes from R.C.'s aunt, Ora Mae Maynard, who lives in Huntsville, Alabama. She made this cake for R.C. & Suzanne 20 years ago and they loved it and have passed it along to all their friends and family.
