1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1 6 oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained, with liquid reserved
2 TBS finely chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach on high in microwave 2-5 minutes, until thawed, then squeeze dry. Combine spinach, cream cheese and artichoke liquid until smooth (works best with blender but you can use a food processor or stir by hand). Chop artichokes and stir into cream cheese mixture, then stir in onion and cheese. Cook on high for about 3 minutes, until mix is heated through. Serve with tortilla chips.
