5 - 6 very ripe peaches, sliced
5 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. flour

Directions:
Place peaches in an unbaked pie crust.

Mix margarine, sugar, egg and flour. Pour mixture over peaches.

Bake 1 hour at 350 °.

While I was in graduate school I babysat for a mother who would often make this pie for me. It was her mother's recipe. I loved her curly-headed boys and I loved her pie.
