4-6 Pork Chops, about 1/2 inch thick
3 envelopes instant chicken broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 TBS brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:

Season pork chops with 1 envelope chicken broth, black pepper, and ginger. In a large skillet, brown chops on both sides. Remove chops and drain excess fat. Stir in onion and saute lightly. Stir in water, orange juice, ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and remaining two envelopes of chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and place chops on top. Cover, lower heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
