Shrimp Salad Recipe

1 1/2 c. dry (2 cups cooked) macaroni pasta
5-6 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. miracle whip
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 large carrots, grated
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 of a medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2-3 c. frozen small cooked shrimp

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cool water. In a small bowl mix the miracle whip, egg yolks, and mustard until creamy. Chop up egg whites and combine with the drained shrimp and chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Stir in miracle whip mixture and macaroni. Chill before serving.
