1- 3 lb. pork sirloin roast
1 Tbsp. chopped candied ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Make slits at 1 1/2 inch intervals over meat surface. Insert ginger into slits. Place on rack in roasting pan; brush with soy sauce. Roast uncovered at 325º for 2 1/2 hours. Brush with soy sauce about every 30 minutes.
