2 cups graham cracker crumbs
dash of cinnamon
½ stick of butter melted
Mix and press in a greased spring form pan. Refrigerate until filling is done.

3-8oz cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon lemon extract
3 eggs
Beat until creamy. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 for 22 minutes.
Remove and set oven to 500
Mix together:
12 oz sour cream
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon lemon extract
Spoon over cheese cake starting at edges and work towards middle.
Bake at 500 for 5 minutes.
Let set and chill.

Grease bundt pan well. If adding nuts, sprinkle in pan.
Put in frozen dough balls,
Sprinkle pudding powder and brown sugar.
Pour melted butter over top.
Let rise overnight (10 hours) UNCOVERED
Bake for 30 min. at 350. After 15 minutes, cover lightly with foil.
Let cool 10 minutes and then turn over to platter.
