¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup freshly grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In a processor, mince garlic, grate parmesan. Add lemon juice, mustard and pepper. After mixing this, add vinegar and olive oil.
I store this in the refrigerator. When I want to use it, I bring what I want to room temperature
