Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar

Boiled chicken, shredded
Cilantro, chopped
Green onion, finely chopped
Lettuce, shredded
Won tons, cut in strips and fried.

Prepare won ton stirps according to package.

Place dressing ingredients in jar and shake well to mix.

Combine salad ingredients in bowl and toss with dressing. Add won ton strips and serve.
