4 ˝ cups bread crumbs
1 ˝ cups grated parmesan cheese
1 cup diced (very fine) onion
5- 10 minced garlic cloves (to your liking)

10 eggs
1 ˝- 2 cups milk
Vegetable oil

Directions:
In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil (mix very well). In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium heat. Roll mixture into golf ball-size balls. While rolling occasionally dip hands in a bowl of water to keep them moist. Fry in pan for about 3 minutes (lightly brown) on each side. Meatballs should cook longer in spaghetti sauce on low (at least 2 -3 hours). Recipe yields about 75 – 80 meatballs. Great meal to freeze.
