1-1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
1c margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
2-1/2 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake @ 375º
Cream sugar & butter -mix in eggs & flavorings. Sift dry ingredients, then blend into sugar - butter mixture. Refrigerate 2-3 hrs.
Using half of dough @ a time ( keep remaining in refrigerator ). Dust board with powered sugar, & roll out to approx. 1/2" thick. Cut with cookie cutters & Bake till light brown or done, on ungreased cookie sheet. Approx. 8-10m

Icing
1c sifted powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Put enough milk to stir. Make thick enough to decorate.Add food coloring (your choice) & sprinkles if desired.
