6 cups blueberries, washed and stemmed (3 pts.)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
10 Tablespoons cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Toss togehter blueberries and granulated sugar in a bowl, then transfer to a medium baking dish (8 x 8 or 9 x 12).

Combine flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.. Using 2 knifes, work cold butter, cut into pieces, into flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture over blueberries.

Bake until berries are bubbling and topping is golden, about 50 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with heavy creamed spooned over top or ice cream.
