12 eggs beaten sepereately
1 pound each of sugar, butter and flour
2 lbs. raisins, clipped
2 lbs. curants
1 lb. almonds
1 lb. walnuts
1 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. citron
1lb. figs
1 lb. dates
1/2 lb. cherries
1/2 l b. firm apples
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. mace
1 T. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups whiskey
6 ozs. sweet milk
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge your fruit and nuts in flour. (Brown the flour.) Sift spices and mix in cup.

To make cream butter and sugar then add yolks. Then add a little fruit then whiskey, continue. And lastly sprinkle spices, add more whiskey, milk and baking powder. Steam 3 hours and bake 1 hour.
