2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 sticks melted butter
1 lb. marshmellows
3/4 cup milk
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese/
2 small cartons whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1st. 3 ingredients together and press 3/4 of the mixture into a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Heat marshmellows and milk together in a double boiler until smooth and melted.
Pour hot liquid into bowl of electric mixer, add cream cheese and beat to smooth texture resembling custard.
COOL
Whip the cream and fold into first mixture. Blend and pour onto crumb crust.
Scatter remaining crumbs on top and chill for 8 hours.
This is very rich so I cut the servings small.
