1 can Pirouette Cookie crushed ; Divided
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese; softened
3 cups cold milk
2 (3.4 oz) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream; whipped
1 package dream whip©; make as directed on package
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 of cookies with graham cracker crumbs and butter. Pat into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan, or 9 inch cake pan.
In large mixing bowl cream the cream cheese until smooth; add the milk, pudding mixes, vanilla, and whipped cream. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spoon over crust. Top with dream whip©, and garnish with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate atleast 2 hours before serving.
