3 large sweet potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup of Grade B Maple Syrup
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer sweet potatoes, brown sugar, marshmallows and butter in a casserole dish. 2. Pour Grade B Maple Syrup over sweet potatoes.
3. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven or until marshmallows are melted.
