1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 jar ( 26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1 carton ( 24oz) cottage cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 - 2 tbsps dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried bsil
1/2 tsp oregano
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
3 cup(12oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and seasonings.

Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce into a greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Layer with three noodles and a third of the cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarela cheese. Repeat layers twice.

Cover and bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. Let stand for 15 minutes before serviing.
