1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
garlic slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour after pricking the steak with fork. Marinate overnight. (Put slices of garlic between). Broil or grill 5 to 6 minutes each side. Slice thin on diagonal across grain .
