1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts (plain-not salted)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 pinch salt
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a baking sheet, and set aside. In a glass bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook in microwave for 6 minutes on High. Mixture should be bubbly. Stir in peanuts, butter and vanilla. Cook 2-3 minutes longer, barely turning brown.

Quickly stir in baking soda, just until mixture is foamy. Pour immediately onto greased baking sheet.
