2 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c Libby's pumpkin
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t allspice
1 1/2 c carnation milk

Directions:
Pour into baked pie shell. Mix all ingredients and bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then 45 minutes at 350º.

PIE CRUST
Pie Crusts - 2 crusts
2 c flour
1 T salt
2/3 c Crisco
Cool Water to moisten

Measure flour, then sift with salt. Cut in Crisco with pastry blender or two knives until mixture looks like cornmeal.

Add enough ice water to hold mixture, about 5 T.

Divide mixture and roll onto floured surface - you need slightly less than half for bottom crust - more for top if you do lattice work.
