1 (2 lb. ) pkg, chocolate chip cookies
2 Cool Whip (2 1/2 lb.)
1/2 gal. English toffee ice cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup Kahlua

Hershey bar shavings
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine Kahlua and milk. Dip the cookies in this mixture and place in a single layer in a spring form pan. Put a layer of Cool Whip and then a layer of ice cream. Repeat layers. Top with Cool Whip and Hershey's candy bar shavings. This recipe ;is good with any flavor of ice cream.
