1 bag MountainKing Assorted Fingerling Potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter (or you can substitute 3 tbs. of olive oil)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In small plastic bag, put flour, cheese, salt and pepper to taste and shake to mix together well.

Wash potatoes and drop them into the bag of mixture. Shake the bag to coat the potato pieces on all sides.

Melt butter and pour on flat baking dish, arranage potato pieces on the dish. Cook 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, turn each piece and cook additional 125 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
