1 lbs Bacon cooked and crumbled
1 doz. Eggs/ hard boilded and peeled
1 large Onion chopped
1 med sized Celery chopped
1/2 cup chopped Black Olives
1/2 cup chopped Spanish Olives
1/2 cup chopped Dill Pickles( save a little juice)
Couple of dashes of Vinager and Oil
1 tsp of mustard
1 qt Mayonaise
5-10 lbs Potatoes boiled with skins on and then peeled and then cut into bite sized pieces

Garlic powder, season salt, pepper to taste

The best way to mix all this together is to use your hands in a big pot just so you can room to move around.
Add a little of the pickle juice, but not to much or it will over power the whole thing. If that happens just add a little more mayo, and mustard.

This is the receipe that everyone wants me to make for the Holidays and anytime else when there is a big get together. I Love making it, probably as much as everyone loves eating it. Even the left-overs don't last long, if any.
