One TBS. of Cream de Peche


Dash of Peach Bitters - (Optional)


Champagne to fill the glass


1 Small Peach Ball - made with fruit baller.

Directions:

Put the peach(es) in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the peach puree to a champagne flute and add the Cream de Peche, fill the flute to one inch from the top with Champagne and add the peach ball.
