2 pounds or more of eye of the round roast
1/2 cup of beef broth
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tsp cracked pepper
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1, Season roast with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear seasoned pot roast about 5-7 minutes each side. 3. Place in a Dutch oven. 3. Pour broth over roast. 4. Cover and braise at 375 degrees 1 hour.
