2 tablespoons of amber agave nectar (do not substitute)
1 pound organic brown sugar
3/4 stick of butter (do not substitute)
2 cups organic pecan halves
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of whipping cream or half and half
48 dozen prepared tart shells or 48 mini muffin cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the brown sugar, agave, and cream in a large glass bowl. Microwave for 10 minutes. 2. Add butter and vanilla and microwave for 5 minutes. Fold in pecans. 3. Drop by tablespoonful onto tart shell or into mini muffin cups. Let stand until set. May garnish with organic pecans.
