2 Tbsp margarine
1 1/2 cups chopped pared apple
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tbsp flour
3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz chicken stock
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Rice

One or more of the following to sprinkle over the top when served: raisins, coconut, chopped peanuts, chutney.

Melt margarine. Add apple, onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Slowly blend in stock and milk. Add chicken and heat through.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle desired topics over individual servings.
