2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
Prepared mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
6 onion slices
6 lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place baked beans in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over beans. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Spread chops lightly with mustard. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and then spread with catsup.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Place a slice of onion with a slice of lemon on top on each pork chop.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.

This recipe is from the red plaid cook book. The onion and lemon slices that are added for the final 15 minutes of baking add a really delicious flavor, and the cooked onions are very tasty. I usually add one or two extra slices of onion per pork chop.
