My Bubie's Passover noodles Recipe

1 dozen eggs./
1/4 cup matzo cake flour./
1/2 tea. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together as you would for crepes./
In a small fry pan brush with tiny amount of vegtable oil and heat./
Pour just enough batter into pan to cover bottom./
fry slightly , flip, fry slightly and remove from pan./
cool and repeat until all batter has been used./
When cooled stack some and roll
cigar like and cut into desired width to resemble noodles. Seperate and use in soup.....
